The Leadership Series is made up of four – 1-day programs, each focusing on a specific area of leadership development. A typical organizational intervention has a starting point or baseline to determine a course of action to a specific problem or opportunity. A follow up review, after the solution is implemented providing an assessment of the improvements brought about through the coaching initiative.
